The required capacitors are polarised + and - so is each capacitor mounted in series with the positive wire to the tweeter or in parallel across the tweeter terminals and in either case then *which way round* for + and - ?

Asked by: Ant501
The capacitor will need to be inline on the live terminal, to smooth the voltage.

In the instructions it says you need a capactor, I also noticed that there is a 3.3 uF capactor already in the cable, so do I still need a 4.7uF one as well,as it says so? mick

Asked by: mick
Yes this will still be needed.

You state that they also need a capacitor fitted. Please explain how this should be done. Does it need soldering. I have no experience in this field. Is the fitting straight forward

Asked by: James
The capacitors stop audio humms and pops, they should be put on the live terminal of the speakers.
