About this product

Product overview

• A high quality audio connector with die-cast metal housing and plated brass contacts• Connectors are keyed and a screw locking mechanism locks the connector into place• Chassis mounting plug requires a 16mm diameter panel cutout• Current rating: 5A at AC 50V

Plugs and sockets supplied separately. Please note that socket type connectors are required for microphone connections to mobile transceivers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the thing where a locked on power feed is needed. Have used this plug and socket on two astronomy projects and am very pleased with the result. No loss of power half way through an evening's observing when the scope moves and the power plug fulls out but a tight positive grip!

This advert doesn't read right at all, the pik shows a 6 pin and a 9 pin connector under the same part number, plus no idea what "2 way" referrs to. It doesn't men "two parts" as there there is also a similar connector listed "3 way"
Asked by: david
It means 2 pin and matching socket. the 3 means 3pin and matching socket - the images are just for illustration purposes.
