What voltage / amps output? Shared between ports? Will it power HP laptops - some seem not to recognise non-HP chargers?

Question for Film2240 - how do you know it supports PD? The specs don't mention it.

Does this offer 'Power Delivery' (PD2) support? The description doesn't say so but a reviewer says it does - how does he know? PD2 is essential for fast charging of iPhone X (via an original Apple USB-C to Lightning cable).
