Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great power supply, the unit has good sized terminals for thick or several wires, it has a proper isolating switch in the back and the voltage selector is very tactile. I've compared the PSU against a couple of meters and its spot on. Its a welcome addition to the bench!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great little device - works well. Nice safety feature with voltage selector so that you cannot accidentally change the output once set. Excellent service - it arrived the day after I ordered on line. Many thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Using it as a portable power supply for prototyping and testing. Provides clean power (tested on oscilloscope) at accurate voltage levels. Small footprint and good design. I do have 3 criticism points for future versions: 5V is far more useful than 4.5V, Relocate the mains switch to the front and make the voltage selector rotary for more positive action.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive product I needed something to replace several battery packs that powered our Xmas village display (12 houses) and this PSU fitted the build perfectly. Also used this to power our LED garden lights in the summer evenings.

How consistent/stable is the voltage output? I want it to power an ancient design of electric clock.

Asked by: Martin01
Being switched mode there will be fluctuations in the voltage, so I would say this would not be suitable and to use a regulated power supply for this purpose.
