Product overview

  • Spinning at 2500RPM, just 17.9dBA of noise is emitted so it’s quiet
  • Moves 19.8 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of air, producing fantastic airflow around your system, despite the small size
  • Standard 3-pin fan connector and 4-pin Molex connector for fans you want to spin at 100 percent speed at all times

High RPM with very low noise
This small fan is great for cooling chipsets, hard drives and for providing cooling for home theatre PCs (HTPCs) or small form factor cases, since it moves a high amount of air while emitting low levels of noise. Spinning at 4000RPM, this fan can move 19.8 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of air, which generates fantastic airflow despite its size. Although the fan spins at such a high RPM it is nearly completely silent, with only 17.9dBA noise created.

Ideal for use as an exhaust fan or intake fan
With plenty of airflow generated by this fan, it is best to locate it in open locations where little is obstructing the fan. You could use the fan as an exhaust fan for your rig, or as an intake fan for side panels or the bottom of your case.

What is the output of the 3rd wire signal? Can it be used to measure speed?

Asked by: Freddie
On a 3 pin fan such as this the 3rd pin is usually the "tachometric" signal that the motherboard uses to read the speed the fan is spinning at.
