How do you assemble it?

Asked by: Lachlan1070
Order of parts:  Connector body, pin, top hat, rubber gasket, flat washer, nut.  Assembly: 1) Thread hex nut, flat washer, then rubber gasket ring over the cable. 2) Trim 10 mm from outer sheath of cable. 3) Trim 5 mm from copper shield of cable.  Remove any foil under the braid.  4) Fold back shield, trim 7 mm from inner insulator of cable. 5) Fold shield forwards, through centre of top hat (angled face towards cable end), top hat rests on cable end, fold shield back over top hat.  Check for stray strands.  6) Solder pin to end of inner cable. 7) Insert pin into connector body. Top hat seats inside connector, pinching shield. 8) Insert rubber/washer/nut into back of connector body. Tighten nut.
