The picture for this is absolutely useless, I'm trying to make a bench supply out of a PC power supply and finding these headers is a nightmare. Is it the actual female header? Or is it a male header? because the picture is a male header..

Maplin ATX Motherboard **Female** Power Connectors The picture shows the female connector, it would plug onto the male ATX power connector on a PC motherboard. Each of the connectors recessed inside the plastic housing are cylindrical tubes, they mate with the pins (also recessed inside the plastic housing) of the connector on the motherboard. The plastic shrouds on both the male and female connectors serve to guide the connections together without bending or damaging the connections. The following product has both the male and female connectors.
