Re product code A09NY, what is minimum bend radius for this optical cable?

Asked by: Paul
The cable is supplied in a box, doubled up on itself several times with a bend radius of about 3cm presumably without damage Maplin? Seems safe to assume (as few bends as possible) no tighter than 3cm radius should be acceptable. Good product.

So where are the mini plug TOSlink adaptors that are meant to come included in this product? They're not in the box I bought and there are no instructions as to where they should be. Taking back for refund and a complaint to trading standards

Asked by: Boscow
Sorry to hear that the connectors were not in the box , sounds like they were missing from manufacturer, of course you can take them back for a full refund, or if you desire you can have a new one checked in store and you can exchange them for a the new one. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Most likely but you would need to check with the manufacturer of the items if you are unsure.
