Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beware Doesn't mention flux at all anywhere on the package or product. Doesn't melt properly on a 60 Watt Solder Station set to 400F. Beads up. Unhelpful, hard to work with. Really miss lead solder, which actually worked.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value I've been using the Maplin branded Sn99.3, Cu 0.7% tube of solder (Code N50AW) for a while with good results. I ran out and tried using the Antex solder (Code N34BJ) but found it beaded up and didn't want to stick to much. This 250g roll of Maplin branded solder is the same solder as Code N50AW - I get on fine with it and have had no problems. I see a less favourable review on here so would suggest - if you haven't used this solder before - trying the 2m tube version to see if it suits you. This is the best of the budget solders I've come across.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but could do better I've used about half of a 250 reel of this solder over the last year and it has served me pretty well. My only gripe may be that there just isn't quite enough flux in it. I've found myself on multiple occasions having to apply extra to help it out.
