Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value and works perfectly I bought this in the London store near Tower Bridge. I knew what I needed so started looking and the staff pointed the product out straight away. Good work. I plugged it in to my tablet and it worked straight away. Its a cheap Chinese tablet so I had my doubts because the computer is only basic. It all works. So I highly recommend this product and to buy from Maplin. I have bought similar items online and they did not work. Also buying from a store means if it didn't I could have taken it back. No need though its perfect. Good company, great product.

I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 13" which I need to connect to a VGA lead would this work please?

Asked by: Gill
Lenovo Yoga 2 is not listed as having a Micro HDMI port The Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro says it has micro HDMI out. In which case the adaptor should work but there will be no sound as VGA connection has no provision to carry audio data.

It is my understanding that Microsoft surface only has mini display port connectivity, in which case this cable would not be suitable.

Sorry but question is too generic .... It will work with a tablet/phones that support MHL output. Check if the tablet you wish to use supports MHL
