Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works extremely well, does what it claims, what more can you ask? I bought this to record telephone interviews, however it could be very useful for recording nuisance calls as evidence. Recording quality depends on the device you connect it to, i use a digital dictation machine which works well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I bought this with the expectation to have auto control of recorder ie. pick up/start up however this kit only acts as a connection lead as I still need to operate recorder manually. Should you be able to offer auto control then kindly inform me and I will be much obliged.

I have a BT converse telephone which has a spare socket. Can anything be plugged into this ? With this system can I record left messages ?

Asked by: James
Sorry but the item in question does not support use in your intended application. I believe the spare socket on the converse is for the attachment of a headset. Having searched for a potential alternative I have to advise that on this occasion we are unable to offer anything that may be suitable.

The advert for this item suggests it works with an analogue socket. My phone line is provided by virgin and I assume it's a digital signal. The phone base station is connected using a standard telephone plug. will this adaptor work with my phone?

Asked by: Bob52
This is designed for BT Master sockets, we cannot guarantee compatibility with other phone line types.

Yes you would need to press record/stop on the device.

Is this compatible with a Phillips Voice Traced Digital Recorder 1100. The compatible Phillips telephone pickup Microphone lfh9162 has a 3.5mm 2 contact Jack. This looks a better idea. Thank you.

Asked by: Jim70
