The keyboard connects to my laptop and works with no issues for a short amount of time and then disconnects. I need to remove the device from my bluetooth menu and re-add each time. Is there anything I can do to improve the connectivity of this keyboard?

Asked by: Ander
May be worth checking that power saving features on the laptop are not affecting performance by switching off Bluetooth.

How do I reset the keyboard? It was paired with another laptop in my office that has now been taken away and I can't get it to pair with mine now.

Asked by: Jimmy
You can pair with new devices by putting the unit into pairing mode.

The escape doesn't work, whether pressed on its own or with the Fn key (control, option or command either).  Is there a way of getting this to work?

How do you get either the Pound sign or the Euro sign? I have tried combinations of the Shift, Alt, Control, FN and Commmand but I haven't found the magic combo. Any help appreciated as this is the only issue I have found so far.

What’s the Bluetooth pairing code? Where am I supposed to find itv

The Bluetooth pairing code should show up on the computer you are pairing it with, You then type this into the keyboard to pair.

is the a proper user manual? for example, where is the ESC key?

Asked by: RECB
The ESC key is in the usual place for a keyboard, top left but you would have to use the FN key in conjunction with the ESC key for this to operate as normal.
