can you tell me the flammability rating for these snap lock connectors.

Asked by: Martin
These are not the flame retardant variation of the snap lock, as such they have no flammability rating. The flame retardant version has a maximum operating temp of 105º C (221º F)

Can two different size wires be spliced together with these blue connectors like 1mm and .5 mm.

Asked by: Dave20723
As long as the blade can pierce the sheathing of the cables then this should connect fine, however, given the size of the cables you are trying to link, the red snap locks may be more suitable as they are for thinner wires; http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/maplin-snap-lock-connecter-red-l29ay
