Can i use this cable to extend my existing aerial feed at one side of the living room, around the skirting board to another location (aprox 10m run) without a loss of quality?

what connectors can be used with this ultra thin cable? cable looks useful but is so much thinner than normal any standard connectors designed for use with cables over twice as thick are very unlikely to fit.

I will be using cable to connect UPC/Horizon box to aerial outlet (approx. 15m away). Wanted to check (i) that there wouldn't be loss of signal quality on the miniature cable, and (ii) if the cable can be terminated for me in the store with std connectors
