Hi, I am trying to get a cable to connect to my Samsung computer with a hmdi connection at one end.  I would be grateful for any advice. Moya

It would depend on what you are looking to connect to and what connections are available on the computer. If you can email technical@maplin.co.uk with the model number for the computer and the details of what you are looking to connect to we may be able to help you further.

I am looking for a cable (or combination of cables) to go from the displayport connector on a Dell E6400 to the mini-displayport connector on the end of the cable fitted to an Apple Cinema 24" monitor, so that my Dell can drive the Apple monitor when my MacBook Pro is in use elsewhere. I have looked at your displayport cables but I do not think they would allow for the mini-displayport cable on the Apple Cinema to be directly plugged into them. Your help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Graham

Unfortunately we don't stock anything that would allow you to do this.
