How sensitive is the detector? Can it be triggered by footsteps nearby for instance? Also, can it switch an appliance off once the movement has stopped?

Asked by: AmyG
It is very sensitive so would pick up footsteps, but you would manually need to reset it once it is activated.

A complete novice question: Can you provide some examples of 12v power supplies that Maplin sell that are suitable for this kit?
Asked by: Chris
Our power supply of L11BQ would be more than adequate for any of our 12v kits.
