What makes this camera special?
Once connected to your wireless network in your home, this camera is capable of streaming real time high definition video at 720p straight to your compatible smartphone, tablet or computer. It has a 62 degree viewing angle and infrared night vision giving you up to 6m to be able to see the average room in a house. The two-way communication allows you to stay connected to your family from anywhere you have internet access.

How do I record from the camera?
To record using the motion detection software on the Focus 66 you will require a subscription to Hubble’s cloud video recording (CVR). This then allows you to store your recordings to their cloud server, freeing you of additional hard drives and saving space in your home. To record manually is free of subscription charges – for more information, visit Hubble.

What else can this camera do?
You can link this camera with up to nine other cameras to be viewed through the online functions. The room temperature feature allows you to view the current temperature in that room via the Hubble app.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible piece I have 2 of theses cameras. And if you need to rely on them to give you piece of mind that your house is safe... then definately a no go.. I have called them up and they just dont want to help. For example ... I am sleeping upstairs and my camera is downstairs.. suddenly it will send a notification of movement to my phone and yet both me and hubby are fast asleep in be. so that was a ghost.. and sometimes its not just 1 notifications... it can come on like 6 + in a rwo every 2 mins cos thats the time lapse of any notifications.. like today , went out of the house at 1.15pm and returned at 6pm... during that time I recieved 46 notifications of movement in the must have been another ghost.. I have reset and repaired the cameras according to Motorolas instructions... but to no sucess.. just a bad piece of equipment..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish Worked before it's first update. Now only see a grey blob, hardly recognisable as a person on the still photograph when someone walks past. Only takes one picture every 60 seconds. Sends notifications of movement every 2 minutes and the picture is just of an empty room. Sound is way to sensitive even on lowest setting, reacts to a cork being pulled out of a wine bottle some 20 feet away in another room or a car door being opened outside!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's cheap so don't expect miracles! I bought this camera with the hope of monitoring a room in my flat while I am away. It works ok during the day although it does send sound notifications quite regularly even on the lowest sensitivity but no noise in the flat. The motion detection & video are ok during daylight but it's completely useless in the dark. I tested it on highest sensitivity in a small room with no light & I had to wave right in front of the camera before it triggered. The picture is just a grey mush with no detail. The app works ok with my powerful wifi & fast router but sometimes it take ages for the mobile app to connect to the camera. You can only store a single photo for free otherwise upgrade to 24hr cloud video recording for £2.99/mth or 7 day storage for £9.99 / meh I think but I won't bother as it's no use to me without decent night time video.

Misleading claims of versatility This cannot be used a simple IP camera, you must use the smartphone app to set it up which requires you to sign up for a 'Hubble' account. Cannot be used on networks that use MAC level security since there is no way to get the MAC address of the device and if you could ever get the device registered, there is no support for viewing the video in any standard surveillance software. It is all tied in to Hubble. and the smartphone app

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good..............when it chooses to be! Started brilliantly! A whole 24 hours! Then no more alerts! Then eternally trying to stream but no go! Phoned up! Rebooted: it worked! Another 24 hours. Then it froze up. After lots of reboots and another phone call I returned it! Cheap but useless!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slow capture The picture on my android phone is Crystal clear the trouble is the pictures I receive on my phone the capture is slow e.g. I walked in while my camera was still live and took my coat off placed it on a chair on view of the camera and it missed me completely nice picture of my coat but not of me the other thing is the pictures when they do capture something are blurred admin motion blur and could not be used to identify anyone .

what happens if the camera gets turned off

If the camera is turned off then the camera can no longer record and the Phone/Tablet will not be able to connect to the Camera.
