What makes this camera different from the Focus 66?
This camera comes included with the Focus TAG. The TAG can be placed on a door or a window and upon sensing motion will cause the camera to start recording, alternatively it can be used as a presence sensor. This would then send notifications to your smartphone or tablet when the TAG comes within range of the camera.
What makes this camera special?
Once connected to your wireless network in your home, this camera is capable is capable of streaming real time high definition video at 720p straight to your compatible smartphone, tablet or computer. It has an 80 degree viewing angle and infrared night vision giving you up to six metres to be able to see the average room in a house. The two way communication allows you to stay connected to your family from anywhere you have internet access.
How do I record from the camera?
To record using the motion detection software on the Focus 86 you will require a subscription to Hubble’s cloud video recording (CVR). This then allows you to store your recordings to their cloud server, freeing you of additional hard drives and saving space in your home. What else can this camera do?
You can link this camera with up to nine other cameras to be viewed through the online functions. The room temperature feature allows you to view the current temperature in that room via the Hubble app.
