Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing, bought this to use with Skype as since updating my PC to Windows 8.1 the mic on my webcam no longer works with Skype. The Multi Media Boundary Microphone did work but was very quiet. I made as many adjustments as possible on my PC but by doing so created an unacceptable hiss. Even with all levels increased to a maximum it was still necessary to almost shout to be of any use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Item I use this for Zoom or Webex conference calls when I am working at home - this works perfectly and I have had no complaints from other meeting attendees - very happy with this item so not sure where the other issues come from.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap, but good for gaming Other players report nothing but clarity from me during gaming sessions. Very sensitive by nature, may not be suitable for Skype or other applications where you're transmitting while not speaking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely quiet Bought this today, and had the same problem as the other reviewers. No matter how much you adjust the volume or the boost, it's either too quiet or obscured by static noise.

Hi, does this mic work if plugged into the input jack of a guitar stomp tuner pedal with i.e 3.5mm to 1/4 converter. I have it plugged it in but it isn't working with it. I thought I could tune my guitar via  this way
