Rated 5 out of 5 by from What can i say...I have tried numerous amplified indoor aeriels and this was the last resort before I went to the expense of paying to get the upstairs TV connected to the outside aeriel. I wasn't holding out much hope! This aeriel works perfectly! I just connected it up (no mains power supply needed) and it worked, no interference, sticking or pixelating, and I can get more freeview channels than before....for me this is excellent, very happy with this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great little back up Aerial. We have a Narrowboat. We usually use a Mac view OMNIMAX with a booster, but wanted something small and inconspicuous for use when moored in urban areas. This fitted the bill. Coupled with the existing signal booster, it works a treat, in areas of high signal strength. You get zilch where the signal is poor. Today, in Abingdon, 108 TV channels and 39 radio. No pixilation and brilliant picture. So, it works in some areas brilliantly, for what it cost, worth a try.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really awful signal strength. Have tried in numerous areas and hardly ever pick up more than 3 or 4 channels.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero channels found Purchase this for a freeview tv for bedroom after reading some positive reviews and some terrible reviews.. unfortunately the terrible reviews were accurate. After tuning tv, we got ZERO channels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV Aerial I bought this because I was getting no reception on my camper TV with a cheaper aerial, This one is small with a strong magnet and picked up all the popular channels in a poor reception area.

code A30GY Nikkai DVB-T Mobile tv aerial would this be suitable for use on a boat on Lancaster Canal for getting Freeview on television

Asked by: grumpy gramps
The geographical location of the aerial has no bearing on it's ability to collect signals, the aerial will receive signal to the best of it's ability wherever it is sited. The suite of channels you will receive will be entirely dependant on the strength of signal being transmitted by the local TV transmitter. You can check reception and signal strength in your area at the following website. http://www.digitaluk.co.uk/operations/about_the_coverage_checker

Do you need a software for laptops. If it is, can we download it online?

Asked by: Zorro
If you have an aerial input on your laptop you should already have suitable software installed, if not I would check with the manufacturer. Normally you would require an external interface, like the following, in order to connect an aerial to a computer for TV watching. http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/pctv-79e-digital-usb-tv-dongle-for-windows-n38ej
