I have a new smart tv which has 2 component inputs into which I can put in the Samsung supplied cable so that effectively give me 5 inputs....currently my Nintendo rca lead will not work into this....will this component cable do the job?

Asked by: Jonny
This cable will work as long as the component input of your TV is a High Definition component input. These are easy to identify as they have 5 input sockets RED/GREEN/BLUE for the VIDEO IN signal (often identified as Y-Pb-Pr) and RED/WHITE for the AUDIO IN signal. If your TV has these inputs then the cable will be fine.

Hi, We have a TV with no HDMI but it has HD composite ports. Can this connect to our TiVo box with HDMI and our TV in the HD composite ports? Thank you!

Asked by: Ally
No, this has a connection unique to the Wii and Wii U, it does not have a HDMI connection. We do not currently have a device which will convert a HDMI connection to the component analogue connections.

Hi. I have bush hd TV but it does not have the r g b connections for this component cable. It has a scart, hdmi and vga. Do you sell a converter or a different connection cable?

Asked by: eimearm
for SCART you could use http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/nintendo-wii-and-wii-u-scart-cable-a98lk if you have a Wii U it has HDMI connect built in.
