can I use this with a Seiki TV. Seiki are saying that I will require a remote that is a REV.10

where can i find one that accepts the protocol mentioned inthe previous question? (to allow sky+ control in a remote room, simalar to sky remote eye)

If I have Sky+ in the living room, connected via the RF2 output to other rooms in the house, can I watch/control Sky+ recorded programs in the other rooms with this remote control(and the sky magic eye)

Using the magic eye - no. You need a sysyem that accepts the IRDA protocol.

I have Sky+ and a REV 8 remote control. I want to increase the distance over which I can operate the remote control to about 8 metres. I am only getting about 4 metres at present.
