Rated 5 out of 5 by from exactly what I wanted Purchased because of poor signal via coaxial cable into the wall connection. I live in a 90's build flat and had to run the cable half way round a room to where I wanted the TV. The signal was pants and didn't get half of the freeview channels that I should given my reception area. I had wanted a slimline device that would sit hidden behind the TV out of sight. Having read reviews for a number of products saying that it had to be in a window I was a bit dubious so chose this for its high reception (47dB) and wide angle reception, plus it looks good if it had to be to the side of the TV. Long story short, plugged it in and stashed it behind the wall mounted TV, ran a search for channels and hey presto, double the channels available, all of them working crystal clear. Only downside if I had to put one is that power via USB would have been a nice option. The power cable is only just long enough for my needs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hoping for better I was assuming that an indoor TV aerial costing more than £40 would give me better results than I obtained. I've now decided to call in the professionals and have an outdoor aerial erected.

Would this work in pewsey wiltshire , we cannot have an outdoor aerial due to being in a grade 2 listed building and the signal from the indoor aerial in roof is terrible by the time it reaches the kitchen

Asked by: Noo2noo
Whilst it would work, it isn't going to deliver any better signal than any other indoor aerial.
