Rated 5 out of 5 by from Since the switch over the only channels I would get were all associated with the BBC and have been search for a solution. I have an aerial on the roof but a bit frighten of heights and didn't have the money to pay for someone fix my problem. The Gigaboost Digital TV aerial was brilliant and solved my problems. As a woman it was lovely that all the cables, plugs were all included. I was able to install the aerial in loft and now all the channels I need and more. I can't praise this product enough

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This antenna is just a little gem. I replaced a much larger antenna that was not giving good reception and found a first rate picture. Yes, the built in amplifier goes a long way to make it a success. However, the size of this antenna allows for easy installation in the loft space of a building. I am planning to purchase another.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I fitted one of these on my back door porch for my TV in the kitchen. The reception is better than my main TV aerial up on the roof. I have just fitted one for a disabled friend and mounted it on the window ledge of his bedroom window. Fantastic perfect on all channels and what a price. Get one J Lucas

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a fantastic bargain ! Aerial, masthead amplifier with adjustable gain and neat PSU. Living in Southampton with hill / trees / houses between me an the Rowridge transmitter. Always had poor freeview reception and no signal on some channels. Now got the lot with good signal levels. Only wish that I'd got one earlier.

I have had one of these on my narrowboat for about 3 years and has been great. But a few days ago the amplifier green light went out all together. Not Green or Red. Would you know what is wrong??

Asked by: NZPierre
This could be the LED/Bulb that has failed.

Bought this aerial to replace a chimney mounted one, which was routed to a splitter to supply 4 rooms, using original coax cable. "No signal" warning on tv. No problem before. Do I have to plug in and use the booster. Wouldn't know where to fit it.

the manual says that a red light on the booster means there is a common error? Can anyone elaborate on what that might be in a bit more detail or what I should be looking for ?

Power unit short-circuit protection The power unit is protected against output short-circuit by a PTC device. Should this protection operate, the power indicator LED colour will change from green to red to indicate a fault condition. The most likely cause of this will be a stray braid wire causing a short in one of the ‘F’ connectors. After clearing the fault, reset the protection by disconnecting
