Special Features
• On-board 8GB memory and microSD card slot for additional storage
• Skycontroller allows you four different ways of controlling the drone

How easy is this drone to fly?
The Bebop drone is one of the easiest drones on the market to fly. Using the downloadable FreeFlight 3 app it is fully controllable up to 300m in the air, and you can record to the internal memory and onto a microSD card if you require more space. If you lose sight of your drone, you can press the return to home button and the drone will return to the starting position.

How does the return to home function work?
When you press the return to home button on the app, your drone will fly back to the starting position using GPS, at a minimum height of 10m. It will continue to hover at 2m until you land it. This function is perfect if you have lost sight of the drone and wish to retrieve it.

What sort of performance will I see out of this drone?
This drone has a maximum speed of 13m/s which is the equivalent of 29mph. The two 1200mAh LiPo batteries give you a maximum flight time of 22 minutes and will ensure you have enough time to have fun and get some great action shots.

What advantage does the Skycontroller have?
The Skycontroller opens up a world of different ways to control the drone. You can use it by itself and benefit from the improved Wi-Fi range of 2km. You can attach your smartphone or tablet to the controller and view your flight as you fly without having to squint into the sky. You can add in a set of First Person View (FPV) glasses through the HDMI port and benefit from watching the footage, and the telemetry data, in front of your eyes. Additionally you can use all three for a fully interactive experience.

Safe flying is your responsibility

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning performance The Bebop offers a great leap over the original Parrot drone. The camera is brilliant and allows the user to engage in composing some wonderous Hollywood style pan and tracking shots. Tweaking the settings on the downloadable app unlocks the drones rich feature set. It responds exteemely well to user demands and as such requires the user to invest time in learning the tricks and techniques. The Skycontroller gives over finer control to the user and increases the flight range. This drone is excellent value and is packed with future tech such as onboard storage, GPS, a great camera and flight tricks! I have flown it many times and will never grow tired of its potential. Super little advance drone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of parrots greatest products The Bebop Drone is an extraordinary quadcopter. It's video stabilisation and quality are are amazing with its 1080p 14 mega pixel camera. The fish eye lens enables you to view a 180-degree scenery. The Bebop drone is best experienced with the sky controller as it gives you more functions and precision. It also dramatically extends your range to 2 kilometres. Flying with and smart phone isn't the best choice as you don't experience everything the drone has to offer. If you don't want to get the sky controller then an Nvidia Shield is another option. It gives you better precision as you have physical control over the drone. The entire drone is built of high quality and strong materials. The only part I would say is weak on the drone are the shafts in the motor. I have already bent two of the them but parrot does offer spares for every bit of the drone. From a 50 meter drop onto tarmac, the only damage I had was a crack in the battery and the bent shafts. Also, I lost a few rubber feet off the bottom. They do come off quite easily and are a pain to find. An easy fix is if you want to get tighter ones you can order the ones from Parrot's Rolling Spider. They stay on more firmer and are less likely to get caught on anything you might crash on. The sky controller is quite and expensive transmitter and is also slightly large. The price is reasonable though if you realise that you get 2 kilometres of range and that it has a lot of technology crammed into it. It includes a speaker for for effects like when you take a picture it would make a shutter sound effect and it also has vibration motors to alert you either when you are loosing signal or if you are running out of battery. All together, I would say The Bebop Drone is a great quad if you want to get excellent arial footage and if you have the money to get it, you wouldn't have to think twice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sensational, responsive and advanced Drone The PARROT Bebop is a brilliant drone on its own. Controlled by an App for Android or Apple products it encourages you to soar, swoop , hover and glide. I have flown it in a dance studio and watched its mirror image flip, spin and strafe. I have tweaked and adjusted the settings and practiced my Hollywood camera pans and tracking shots at Quantock lodge, all with downloadable App. But, coupled with Skycontroller the Bebop unleashes its full potential. Sublime response and extended range. I really love this product it does as I command and only suffers at my novice hands. To get the best from this product you need to practice and invest time in understanding it's capabilities. You can play straight from the box easily but to unlock its full package of tricks you need to persevere. Yes other drones exist but the camera on the Bebop is great, it has GPS, handles phones, tablets or just the Skycontroller. All parts are modular for easy replacement and I think it looks fab! Well worth the money if you interested in a drone rather than throwaway toy.

Hi, In your advert you show two controllers, Which one comes with drone? The one with the large viewing screen or the one with two small screens? Cheers, Steve.

Asked by: Steve
This controller is as pictured, the top part of the controller is not a screen is is a range extender, the screen size will depend on what tablet or phone you install into the controller.
