What does this switch allow me to do?
Once the Philips Hue Bridge is set up and connected to your smart device through the Philips Hue app, you can set your imagination loose and build your own system. The Bridge is powerful enough to handle up to 50 lights, so all you have to do is select what Hue lights you would like to connect and control through your smart device. In the Philips Hue system, you can also connect up to 10 Hue accessories to enhance your connected lighting experience even further. The Hue Bridge is compatible with Apple HomeKit technology, ask Siri to turn on or dim your lights or recall pre-sets without touching a single button.

How is the Hue Bridge powered?
Powered entirely through the mains adapter, there is no need for any batteries. You won't have to worry about it running out of power, which makes your smart Philips Hue lighting system reliable.

Is it easy to install?
You'll need to sync your Hue Bridge with the Philips Hue app, which only takes a matter of seconds. All you have to do is power up the Bridge and press the round button on the top, so your smart device can find the Bridge and pair. Once this is done, you are ready to connect and control your Hue lights and accessories

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mostly satisfied I have a modest property. My problem is that perhaps i am more imaganative using Philps Hue contrllers and Lights than they anticipated. I now operate two hue Bridge to satisfy my needs. This begs the question that current Hue bridge falls short of real users needs. I have had reviews rejected by Philips because they do not want negative feed back. I consider Philips are mistaken, the product great, just has to move forward in the light of experience. I am happy it is a learning experience. I also use Apple HomeKit on iPhone and ipad shared with Family and Friends
