Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing Like SGKA00 below, I bought this thinking that it had 240 input and 12v output, as the illustration seems to indicate, but it only has the 12v solid state device and not the transformers and other pieces shown. It's now over a year and your website still hasn't been updated.

Can you confirm that this is OK for mains (240V AC) input and 12V DC output as stated on you on line catalog? This is what I purchased it for but having examined device it seems it needs DC input.

Asked by: SGKA00
This item is not suitable for mains, we will have our website updated to reflect this as soon as possible.
