What can I do with the Propel Neutron?
A great little drone which is perfect for anyone who wants to be able to fly and take videos indoors or outdoors, with the included safety cage protecting the propellers from damage. Fly for a good six to eight minutes with a recharge time of 30 to 40 minutes – this provides you with a great flight time in relation to the short recharge time. You can also have a good time flying with others with the 2.4GHz channel selection allowing up to seven other Propel Neutrons to fly together.

The Propel Neutron has been designed so both beginners and veteran pilots can enjoy the excitement of a drone. Three speed control settings - slow, medium and high - let you change the Propel Neutron to suit your level of flying confidence. Channel flight controls can be changed as well between four and three, with the four channel flight control adding the ability for you to bank to the left or right (in addition to ascend, descend, left, right, forward and backward movements). The four channel flight controls give you the ability to perform more advanced manoeuvres and 360° stunt rolls can be performed easily with a push of a button, regardless of how well you can fly. Capture the moment within photos and videos too, which are stored onto an inserted microSD card (not included, one such as our A57KN would be perfect).

Are there spare parts available for this?
Unfortunately aerial accidents may cause you to use up all the spare propellers supplied. Free spares for a year from date of purchase, please contact us on 0330 123 3457 for details

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad for price I purchased one these from my local store, at first it was tricky to use but provided you start off in slow speed and 3 channel you soon pick it up. It's also important to adjust the trim, this makes flight more accurate. I have had a few crashes and nothing's broken. The package comes with spare rotors. Outside is also great fun with the camera, provided the wind is not to strong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love this drone I bought this from maplin after trying a hubsan q4, lets just say I find the neutron a lot easyier to handle and fly, only fault I do find is that blades will come off mid flight sometimes and I have to spend time finding them , but when it dose fly it flys well,it is also very robust, can be crashed loads and be picked up and kept flying i am a complete beginner in drones and lets just say I picked this up very quickly, as a cheap beginner drone I would recommend it

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A small drone with good characteristics This drone was purchased so I could have a little practice at using a drone before I splash out on a larger one. I have flown model helicopters in the past and it is relatively difficult to get the feel for any of the micro flying machines. Saying that - once the correct adjustments are placed in the drone is very stable indoors. Please be aware the drone does not have altitude hold so it's a very delicate balance on the throttle to keep it flying at one level. The onboard camera - pathetic and definitely a very poor result, but as a stepping stone to a larger drone it helps you learn.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Propel Neutron - just ok Wanted to get in on the fun of Drone flying and thought this would be a good introduction. Got to say not the easiest of Drone to handle. Followed the instructions on Syncing with controller and trimming controls, very poor response to controller. I'm wondering if I got a dud one as all the reviews I've read are favourable for this model. It now has problems syncing when it has just been recharged, and drifts all over the place even after trimming controls. I have it set on the lower speed for beginners but it still responds poorly. Getting it to just hover is a problem. The safety guard is already broken on the first crash, it still fly's, but I need a big park I think. The 6 minutes flying time soon goes and I'm just glad I have a USB port in my car to recharge it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do these actually work Having no success with this mini quad helicopter !! First one we bought was faulty and had to be returned without any use... The fault was a loose wire ! The second machine has had just a few minutes use and there is a dreadful burning smell and smoke coming from it. That's 2 devices unused and not working. My daughter is extremely disappointed as she paid for this herself. I've already made an hour round trip to take the last one back. I'm thinking that these are useless !!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not good This product is ok but after 48hrs of having it, it was outside and flying about 3 m from the ground and it just started to head for my house I had no control and once it had got to the floor I saw it had snapped the frame wires still intact but now it's not useable and also the sub micro ad card reader failed after 48hrs

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not at all easy to use. I bought this as it was a good price and was marketed as an all weather drone. It really cant be handled even in the lightest of wind. Also, after about 2 weeks it stopped holding a charge so is now completely useless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to fly, great camera and durable Got one of these for Christmas and so far and what can i say! Its just amazing, found it easy to pick up the controls after a short time flying it indoors and finally took it outdoors today (29/12/2016) to try a flight and the camera and so far so good spent about 3 hours flying and stunting it turning it this way and that way. Only downside is no warning when the battery is low on power it tends to just drop out the sky but even after hitting the road surface a few times it only has 2 tiny scratches on the top housing.

What is on the supplied USB stick please? Mine is not working.

the USB stick is a USB to microSD card adapter. The micro SD card from the drone is put into the USB Stick. The USB stick then plugs into the computer in order for you to see the video from the drone
