Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, great price, great service. I have connected this system to my mixer(not from Maplin) using the 2 XLR outputs(cables from Maplin) they sound great through my Maplin 400W speakers. I mainly use the hand held mics but occasionally use the excellent body pack, reason for 4/5 stars is due to a slight problem with the frequency of one of the mics meaning it is picked up by both channels and makes a horrible noise if that channel is up on the desk, reccomended still due to my huge history of Maplin purchases with that being the only problem I have ever had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These microphones which operate in band 70 do not compromise 6 other mics we use around the site which were difficult to set in first place. They are used for Question and answer sessions around a room with approx 350 people and mics are placed to cover this audience. So excellent and good value the body pack will also come in handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm very impressed with the sound quality with this product despite it's low price! I mainly use this product's bodypack with a guitar, this unfortunatly looses some high end sound but is correctable through a mixer. But for the price and 2 channels of use, this is deffinatly worth a buy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have not seen any other twin UHF microphone set at this price and was worried that the sound quality or battery life would be inferior. I am happy to report I was wrong on both counts – battery life is good and the range and quality of sound is also good, well worth the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought it last year and used it in a show field, the sound quality and range was excellent. Very easy to set up you just plug it in an amplifier and switch on. its better than some units costing hundreds of pounds more.I highly recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked well and did not interfere with club system. Used both hand held and head mics with very little feedback.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mics sound like a seal being sucked into a jet engine.... Only use if you are ambivalent to feedback and regular drop outs. You pay for what you get ultimately.

On this occasion Maplin do not stock a product that exactly meets your requirements, or indeed anything close enough to offer you as an alternative.

Could I have a bit more clarity on which two frequencies are used on the twin channel UHF microphone system. Order code N61GF. It should be specified on the units.
Asked by: Vic Stanley
Please refer to the manual provided on this page in the "download centre". A detailed specification is provided within said document
