Hi I want to switch On a low pwr circuit when 240vAC power trips off. Output will be buzzer/light to alert that the coil (garage) circuit (with freezer) has tripped. a) Will this do it? b) Does it come with base + screw? terminals c) Any better gizmo

A 30 Amp rated contact is okay for anything up to 6Kw - however at these higher loads, the contact life will be a lot less than with smaller loads.
