i am planning to use this to connect 2 regular cat 6 rj 11 cables together. Will this bottleneck the cat6 cables?

Asked by: sooty
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee full compatibility for this item, as this will connect RJ11 together but if this is for network ( cat6 use ) are you sure it is not RJ45? If this is RJ11 it will work fine no bottleneck.

I would like to connect two modem cables simply to extend them. Which is the correct connector please? Why would I want a reverse connector?
Asked by: MRH
a reverse coupler is used if you want to join two cross connected cables together. if you have pin to pin (straight through not crossed)then you use the standard one.
