What is a Strength Ball?
The Strength Ball is a gyroscopic exercise ball that helps build strength in your forearms and wrists. Pull the cord to start the gyroscope spinning inside the ball, and start turning the ball in your hands to increase the rotations of the gyroscope. The digital counter measures the speed of the gyroscope and displays the number of revolutions per minute (RPM), which is perfect for both measuring how much you have improved, and for setting the benchmark for your friends to try and beat.

What can this Strength Ball be used for?
This Science Museum Strength Ball can be used for training or for fun. Compete with your friends in a test of strength, to see who can reach the highest number of revolutions per minute, or use it to build strength in your forearms and wrist – ideal for golfers, racket sports, or even playing musical instruments.
