What is the difference between the Seagat 4TB 3.00 Expansion Desktop External Hard Drive (coded A48NG) and the same Seagat External Hard Drive coded A39LU - apart from the price?

Asked by: RoyC
The description for both items gives detailed info as to the specifications and usage for each. Having read each of these in detail I can see that A39LU is just a basic "expansion" drive to add additional storage to your PC, whilst A48NG is a "backup plus" drive which has the same functionality but with the added feature of the ability to schedule automatic backups. If you require further info on each then you can find detailed technical specifications on the Seagate website

My back up doesn't seem to work- it just says the back up was not successfull because 'it failed trying to read fron the shadow copy or one of the volumes being backed up'. What does this mean- is this an internal error and how do I correct it?
