How many cameras can I use with this DVR?
This DVR has eight channels and will allow you to record up to eight analogue cameras using BNC connections. The 960H resolution displays DVD picture quality which is more than 5 times larger than standard CIF security systems.
Can I use my cameras away from home?
You can remotely access your cameras by using the free KView app for your smartphone/tablet. Setting up the remote viewing is made easy, simply scan the QR code on the box and let the app do the work.
How much footage can the DVR record?
The preconfigured settings are ideal for a quick and easy set up straight out of the box. The BNC, VGA and HDMI outputs allow this DVR to be connected to a wide range of TVs and monitors. The 1TB hard drive capacity gives you approximately ten days storage on the standard quality setting with eight cameras. This can be extended by simply setting up the motion detection feature on the DVR, saving you space.
