Rated 5 out of 5 by from Having spent much time searching the web for an illuminated magnifier I came across this one. For electronic ECB work, modelling, inspection etc., this one suits the bill perfectly. Good quality, well made, stable and optically very good with a bright illumination. If you need one, at this price you shouldn't miss it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I ordered the light bulb when I ordered the lamp which fitted perfectly into my previous lamp so I now have 2 good working lamps for my work area. Very happy.

Can you please confirm the out side diameter of the bulb is 12 cm and the inside diameter of the bulb is 9.5cm.

Asked by: franny
Dominic has got this wrong, the total diameter of the bulb is actually approx. 122mm and the inside is approx. 98mm. I am now having to return this bulb because of inaccurate measurements on this page. Maplin only offer the 122mm bulb and not the 138mm, apparently.
