Product overview

• Industry standard mounting method• Heavy-duty steel construction• Ideal for disco and PA

A heavy-duty speaker mount designed to allow cabs to safely sit on top of the poles of speaker stands. This system is intended for use with PA and mobile disco speakers which need to be transported often and set up quickly. To fit, a hole is drilled in the bottom of the cabinet and the top hat is inserted and its flange is secured in place by four screws. A 105 mm long ‘hollow’ with a diameter of 35 mm is then available, which will safely accommodate poles or tripods of between 25 mm and 33 mm in diameter. The maximum weight that the overall support system can carry is limited by the stand used and the cabinet. However, it must not exceed 150 kg.Specification:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bought two of these for my 30kg speakers. They were easy to fit and slotted onto my stands with ease. I used a 35mm hole cutter for the base of the speakers and slotted these right in. Fixed them in with the screws provided using a cordless battery driver. Highly recommended and well made.

My speaker stand has a post measuring 34mm... will this fit the aperture of the top hat?

Asked by: Steve W
No, this is 35mm so you cut out would need to be 35 - 38 mm to work.

As long as the cabinet does not exceed the maximum weight limit we can see no reason why not.
