Product overview

• Straightforward steel brackets• Maximum load 10kg (22lbs)• Platform width 150 x 150mm

Supplied as a pair of easy to install swivel brackets. Foam pads help dampen vibrations and the base plates feature four holes which can be used to screw through to attach a speaker.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good buy Bought 2 pairs of these to wall mount 4 small surround sound speakers. Easy to install, easy to adjust. Slight flexing of bracket when speaker put on it, but this is easily corrected. These brackets are good as I would have needed to screw into the back of my speakers if I was to use some of the other brackets supplied by Maplin, which I didn't want to do.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job, as other reviews not enough fixings so beware, states 10kg - using 5kg speakers and the bracket is flexing, but overall a tidy looking bracket at a good price

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is a good sturdy bracket however there are not enough fitting screws supplied. The contents list states 2 rawl plugs and 2 screws to secure them to the wall but there are 4 holes, 2 in each so unless you have a supply of similar screws then its a lost cause.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok, but wouldn't recommend for heavier speakers Using these for a pair of 5kg speakers, and the bracket is bending slightly - I managed to "fix" this by bending the bracket slightly upwards before attaching the speakers, so that when they bend down they end up level. I could imagine these working well as 2/speaker, one on top and one underneath, so I may try this. I wouldn't put anything heavier than my current speakers on them - certainly not 10kg! I guess for the price you can't expect them to be perfect ;)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design The nut supplied goes nowhere near to securing the central bolt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does Exactly what it says on the tin Bought month ago, for a small set of speakers for my bedroom. Work Great. Does Exactly what it says on the tin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Weight warning! Will not hold over 5kg, bracket is flexing, when speakers are on they are moving all over the place

Rated 3 out of 5 by from what it says on tin you cant go wrong with this product.

Would these be suitable for pioneer dm4-0 monitors

Asked by: Anonymous
The information required to determine this has been provided on the product listing *Maximum load 10kg (22lbs)• *Platform width 150 x 150 mm It really is down to you to decide if they will be suitable, however to simplify, if your speakers are a, heavier than 10kg (per speaker) or b, have a larger footprint than 150 mm x 150 mm Then these brackets are not going to be suitable

I have screwed the wall plates into the wall, but then I have found it impossible to screw the platform plate onto them. The screws are about 1 cm too long, so that it is impossible to tighten the nylon nut onto the base plate. Please help!

Hi What will be the distance from wall to front of bracket. Cheers
Asked by: john
The dimensions of the plate are 15 x 15 cm, and the bracket is around 5 cm in length, so it would be around 20cm from wall to front of bracket.
