What are the dimensions of the base please? i.e. what space does it need on the floor.

The base can be configured in two ways, either as a vertical support or with the base split apart for horizontal support, the overall floor area covered by each configuration is listed below. Vertical - 150 x 140 Horizontal - 420 x 150
