Product overview

• Enjoy peace of mind with status updates on your smartphone via the SwannOne app
• Allocate key fobs to family members and be alerted on your smart device whenever they arrive home
• Panic button feature for personal safety

How does the key fob function?
The SwannOne key fob has been designed to work as a remote control within your SwannOne security system. It allows you to control your system’s modes of operation and devices such as sensors, cameras and more with the push of a button.

The key fob allows you to activate home, away and night modes without the need for a smartphone. Easily customise security profiles using the SwannOne app on your smartphone, so that each mode has the exact settings and responses you need when you are home or away from home.

Program the panic button to alert people on your contact list if you or a loved one needs assistance. For example, you can assign the key fob to a child or elderly relative and then be alerted if they leave, arrive home or need your help.

Compatibility
To set up alerts via the SwannOne app requires use with the SwannOne Smart Hub (A56TR). To use the key fob to trigger an alarm use with the SwannOne Outdoor Alarm (A66TR) or as extra key fob with the SwannOne Alarm Kit (A57TR).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice idea but... I invested in the SwannOne wireless system two months ago. I've had lots of problems with it. The key fobs are a significant weak link in the system. The idea is good - being able to give simple key fobs to members of the family to arm and disable the system is good, and getting smartphone notifications when the fob is present at home is a useful touch (so you can see who has come home when). But there is a massive design flaw. In short, it is far too easy to knock one of the arming buttons when in range of the hub, and inadvertently arm the system. There have been several occasions where family members have disarmed the system using the app, only to find the alarm going off on entry. This, it has transpired, is simply down to the fobs being on key rings, and getting knocked when putting keys into the locks. Nuts. Additionally, there is no way to tell from the fob whether the system has been disarmed successfully using the fob, without opening the door and seeing whether the alarm goes off. We've had to stop using the fobs completely.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very bad smart alarm system I bought this, and now i regret buying this system. it does not work, and all the devices keep disconnecting from the central hub. Waste of money.
