About this product

Overview

Product overview

This flush mount socket incorporates both a telephone socket and an ADSL broadband socket in one. The ADSL socket is pre-fitted with a microfilter designed to minimise the effect of ADSL noise on your telephone or other telecom products. The socket dimensions are 84 mm x 84 mm to fit a standard electrical single pattress box.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works perfectly, connections and fitting adequate Neat, tidy and does what it is supposed to. Would prefer push down connectors rather than screw grip. Back part is quite bulky and was difficult to fit into pattress box. Could remove back cover to make this easier if the box provides adequate protection.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok but fragile parts Easy to fit onto existing socket base and works fine. However the sliding covers over the individual sockets are very fragile and one has broken already after 1 use. Not great but you can't see it with it in use.

Can several telephone (voice) extensions be plugged into the telephone bit, or is a filter needed at every phone around the house?
Asked by: Matthew Hunt
Filters are required wherever something that needs to be plugged into a telephone line connects. If you have sockets that are not being used, these do not need filters.
