Rated 5 out of 5 by from Re-Tell 157i What a great little bit of kit at a reasonable price, I am using this with my PC rather than plugging it in to and recording on my iPhone. It was very easy to install Very easy to configure the software that I obtained separately If you want to record telephone calls easily then this is the kit for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It records! we use this in laptops/PCs to record phone conversations. Works well with none to minimal noise, though we've yet to have playback going through the phone handset. Audio cable is plenty long enough, but phone cable could do with being longer, though that's not the end of the world.

We have never tested the exact items with the products you have so I would be unable to advise on any compatibility issues.

Tx to DaveB. Phone now connected by getting a phone with a detachable handset, per the instructions back page :) The phone I had only had one connector.  However only records my voice not caller. Is Apple voice App unsuitable?

What on earth kind of cable/adapter is needed to connect this to the phone? The jack for the unit goes into the smaller US sized telco wall socket OK, but neither the US or UK telco from the phone cable will fit in the unit; it is too narrow.

Asked by: Peter
This is a "Handset" recorder. It plugs into the socket where you telephone handset connects to your telephone. You would then use the inline socket to connect your handset into this device. The jack plug then connects to your mobile device to record conversations. This does not connect to your phone line faceplate.
