A high speed JFET input operational amplifier incorporating well matched, high voltage JFET and bipolar transistors in a monolithic integrated circuit. TL07x series are designed as low-noise versions of the TL08x series with low input bias and offset currents and fast slew rates. TL072 is an 8-pin DIL package containing two individual amplifiers.

Surely the schematic of the op amp you are showing must be incorrect? The TL072 has two op amps in one package - your diagram only shows one.

TL072 is the chip itself, the CN refers to the operating temperatures and case type, in this case 0-70 degrees Celsius in an 8 pin DIP case. Full details can be found on the datasheet which can be obtained from the following link;
