•Security around the house and garden •No wiring required, no electricity costs •Light can be mounted anywhere inside and out (mounting kit included) •Charged by solar panel during the day •18 high-output LEDs in each light •The PIR motion sensor switches lights on when movement is detected within its range

This Twin Spot Solar Light is an environmentally friendly product as it is powered by solar energy with two adjustable heads. Both beams can be used to light a wide area together or can be split to cover two separate areas. During the day, the solar panel converts sunlight into energy, which is stored in the rechargeable battery. The integrated Passive InfraRed (PIR) sensor activates the light when motion is detected, helping keep your home safe and secure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very bright LEDs Charges in cloudy weather without problem. Remote wired solar panel helps as it can be placed facing south. Good Value.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Purchased around Feb (when dark at around 18:00). It has view of sky but not direct sun for most of day. Does just what it says on the tin. (I never expected a 500watt mains halogen). Though more pricey now, I am thinking of buying a second unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought this to aid passage through our home yard... After 4 months... it still works well, despite being in the rain!! Don't expect daylight looking lighting.. but more than enough to traverse tricky ground and obstacles. Only fault is that it may not stay on long enough :( But otherwise a great product, hassle free and no electric sucked out of mains, as Halogen products do!! Will look to buy a few more.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bit plasticy but otherwise good little unit. Very easy to set up, providing sufficient light in a very dark area.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from At first i though it was because it was charging up enough but what seems to happen is even with the sensor on minimum it is still coming on in the daytime so at night there is little charge left in it. As others have mentioned the light isn't very bright when it does work, a wired halogen light is half the price and will work as designed..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good bright light, directional so ideal for the path at the side of the house. Solar panel can be fitted several metres from the light so can be fitted so that its south-facing - for max charge!

In another question you were asked if the length of time the lights stay on for can be adjusted and you said there were two screws on the bottom of the unit that can adjust the time. Could you possibly show a picture of these as my lights don't go off

What charger settings should I use for this light?

Asked by: WriteReview
This device comes with its own solar panel for charging internal batteries. As these are solar batteries they aren't designed for standard battery charging circuits.
