Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very neat and easy to work. Tuned it to the car radio without too much fuss right at one extreme of the spectrum When this gets enough enough audio input it generates a clean VHF radio signal. The problem I encountered was that neither of our MP3 players were loud enough to produce sufficient audio input level - only generated a noisy, hissy sound - I had to use the 'phones socket on a getto-blaster at around 1/3 volume. For comparison, our mp3 players drive earphones loud enough for me, but not serious loudness. You'd be looking for enough audio volume that would blow your head off with earphones Regrettably had to take it back. I tried one other type in the shop, but it required a similarly loud audio input to make it go Good product if you've got enough audio signal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't bother !!!! Absolute rubbish. Yes it works but you have to turn the volume up on the radio very high to get any sound and then that is accompanied by background noise and hissing

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great!? But with one huge let down I bought this for my car as I have no aux, and it works great! Although you get a lot of sound drops and hissing in the background. But worst of all is that it won't even charge so it has to be constantly plugged in!

Can this be used to tansmit to a coach radio ??.. (Have tried several similar gadgets without success as they tell you to find a spare radio channel.. but the coach radio keeps re-tuning itself to an occupied station !!! )

Asked by: Angie
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee full compatibility for this item in your intended application, as this sounds like more of an issue with the radio.
