Ideal for professional and educational users alike, the UP BOX+ is easy to use and boasts an impressive build size of 255mm x 205mm x 205mm and up to 100-micron layer thickness to provide high definition, high quality models at the touch of a button.
What do the new special features have to offer me?
Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to control and transfer your print jobs wirelessly and as the new UP BOX+ is wireless, you can place it anywhere without worrying about trailing cables. The new UP BOX+ runs on the new UP studio software, which is an easy to use and will import .stl files from the vast majority of 3D-CAD systems. There is also a new UP Studio Mobile app available. Smart Support Technology automatically produces easily removable support structures, and with fully automatic platform levelling and nozzle height detection with integrated probe, it provides a seamless 3D printing experience. End of spool detection uses a filament switch which detects the end of the ABS or PLA spool and pauses printing, once a new spool has been fitted, printing can be resumed. The enclosed build chamber maximises temperature stability and this combined with an ABS print surface enhanced adhesion and results in minimum warping for printing large objects. The UP BOX+ produces very little noise and has a built-in air filter to absorb fumes and minimise odour.
