Why use Van Damme Balanced 6.35mm Jack to 6.35mm Jack 10m Cable?
This 10 metre cable is made using Van Damme Tour Grade Classic XKE microphone cable with one Neutrik NC3MXX male XLR connector and one Neutrik NC3FXX female XLR connector.

The cabling offers an improved outer jacket which ensures that it remains flexible in sub-zero temperatures. The tightly packed cotton fillers ensure there is no static build up and provides an even capacitance. Close lapped copper screen offers the best compromise between shielding effectively and greater flexibility. A combination of silver plated and plain ultra-pure oxygen free copper conductors provides unsurpassed sound quality.

The Neutrik XX Series XLR connector is an Industry Standard XLR connector. It consists of a rugged zinc die cast shell and chuck type strain relief for outstanding cable retention. A cage type female contact provides low contact resistance and high signal integrity.

What is the overall diameter of this cable and does it conform to specification BBC PS4/1M?

Asked by: Ian49
The overall diameter is 6.35mm but would not match the specifications of the BBC PS4/1M cable as it is only a twin, not a quad cable. The cabling used is the Van Damme Tour Grade Classic XKE microphone cable, full details of which can be found here;

Can these be used to connect a Soundcraft mixer to a QSC powered speaker

Asked by: Jim 34
Yes this will work fine in your intended application. If both peripherals use an XLR connection then this cable will work fine.
