• Digital microscope with the ability to capture images, videos and watch live from your PC, laptop or Mac
• Explore the tiniest details of the world with this 1200x magnification digital microscope
• Five megapixel camera gives you a 12 megapixel image on-screen
• Compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 and Mac 10.6 to 10.8
• Standing at 230mm high, 155mm long and 112m wide, it won’t take up a lot of room on your desk and comes with a rechargeable battery so you can use it in the field

What can I see with this digital microscope?
Place the sample on the bed of the microscope to get the highest possible 1200x magnification and slowly adjust the zoom and the focus to get back to 10x – stopping for the best magnification along the way. You can view your images on the built-in 3.5-inch LCD screen, use the included USB cable to view images on a PC or Mac or, by plugging the microscope into a TV, view the images on a bigger screen.

How long does the battery last?
The included rechargeable battery is 1050mAh and lasts for up to two hours and is rechargeable in five hours.

Can save images and videos without a computer?
This microscope from Veho utilises a microSD card slot and as such can save images and videos onto a microSD card for viewing later on a PC or Mac. It is possible to use microSD cards up to 32GB, so you’ll have plenty of room for all your images and videos.

What else can I do with this microscope?
The supplied software allows you to calibrate and measure objects when connected to your PC or Mac via the included USB cable. The time-lapse functionality allows timed photographs to enable time-lapse movies such as growing mould or decaying food.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool gadget! Great gadget and the kids really like using it to look at all sorts from insects to money! I like the LCD Screen which is clear and just big enough, the battery makes it portable meaning you don't have to be near a computer. I also just found out it works with my iPad using the Apple camera connection kit.

Are the images produced colour or B&W?

Asked by: EDDIE
Sounds like an answer plucked from a manual. I have no doubt that the microscope viewer picks up the colour image, what I want to know is whether the graphic files it produces are also in colour.

Can This be used to view directly to a PC instead of the 3.5inch on microscope

Asked by: sensei
The Microscope can be attached to a PC and used with the provided software, this allows you to view a much larger picture on the computer monitor. This is an example of how the screen would look in the user guide provide on the listing under the downloads tab. on page 34
