Hello …Could you tell me what voltage is present on the "killing grid" in this device?

Asked by: Tony H
We have not tested the exact voltage of this item but please see below for a clip taken form wikipedia. "A high-voltage power supply powered by mains electricity, which may be a simple transformerless voltage multiplier circuit made with diodes and capacitors, generates a voltage of 2,000 volts or more, high enough to conduct through the body of an insect which bridges the two grids, but not high enough to spark across the air gap."

where is the best place to set the killer and what do you use as bait i have one its been on for 3 days but the flies will not go to it

Asked by: steve
The item can be placed anywhere in the home or business , and the bulbs are the bait , the flies are attracted to the ultraviolet light omitted by the bulb and fly towards them , therefore killing the flies.
