In order to be eligible for our payment options, you'll need to:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be under 80 at the end of the agreement
- Have been a UK resident for a minimum of 3 years
- Be able to supply a fixed land line telephone number
- Have no county court judgements credit defaults
- Have a total household income (all occupants) of more than £10,000 per year
- Have a bank account which can support payments via Direct Debit
- Have a Chip & PIN Debit or Credit card, for ID and deposit payment

When you apply you will need to provide: ID (Valid Chip and PIN debit or credit card) Proof of address (UK driving license, a current UK or international passport, a utility bill, bank statement or credit card bill dated in the last 3 months, current TV licence or Council Tax notification)
Will I get an instant decision when I apply? keyboard_arrow_down
Yes, we will tell you there and then whether or not your application for a payment plan has been accepted.
Will my application be subject to a credit check? keyboard_arrow_down
Yes, all applications for our payment options will be subject to a credit check.
What happens if my application is turned down? keyboard_arrow_down
We are unable to explain the reason for a declined application, but if yours is declined we will provide a "How the decision is made" leaflet to help you understand the possible causes.
Can I apply if I'm self employed? keyboard_arrow_down
Yes, if you're self employed you can still apply for our payment options, so long as you are able to provide the required ID and proof of address documents.
