Bought new - arrived quickly but had clearly been used

I would have given this five stars except for the fact this extension cable reel had clearly been used. I can't imagine that it came out of the factory with the wire wound on to the reel in a very haphazard and scruffy state. Sadly, this is becoming more and more common in an age where everyone is allowed to return items even if they are fit for purpose but it's irritating for any buyer, buying new items to be sent used items. I needed to use it straight away so on this occasion I'll accept it but am not entirely happy.

I use this to wire up a log cabin at the end of the garden from the house and it’s been brilliant. You can take the plug off and put it on easily and it has had no problems giving us quite high energy, appliances, heaters and such.

Good Points: Fantastic for the price

Good Points: Does what it is supposed to. All 4 sockets tested and work. Can now get to bottom of garden to spray fence. Like the heavy duty solid frame and handle. Better than the plastic one we used to have. Would recommend to anyone after this length of extension cord
